Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all goods on the same day as purchased, but certainly within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to payment/credit clearance and stock availability.

Same day dispatch cannot be guaranteed on orders placed after 1pm, although we always try - if in doubt please call 0141 889 1222 for clarification.

Payment by cheque delays shipping as we will only dispatch goods once your cheque has cleared.

Standard orders are dispatched via First Class Recorded [signed-for] Royal Mail at normal Royal Mail delivery times. However, heavier orders may be dispatched using City Link courier service.

When your goods are shipped, please carefully check the shipping confirmation e-mail we send you as this will show which carrier your items have been sent, plus it will contain a tracking code for you to use in the event of any unexpected delay. These codes should be used at www.royalmail.com or www.city-link.co.uk as appropriate.

Next Working Day Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE FOR GOODS PURCHASED FOR DISPATCH ON MONDAY 06 SEPTEMBER 2010. NORMAL SERVICE FOR NEXT DAY DISPATCH WILL COMMENCE ON TUESDAY 07 SEPTEMBER 2010.

Next working day delivery applies to orders placed and cleared from Monday to Thursday before 1pm - you can select this option in the checkout. Please note this service only applies to orders being delivered within mainland UK.

If you make your order after 1.00pm it may be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. However, wherever possible we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Next day courier delivery costs a flat rate of £7.95, but unfortunately due to prohibitive costs, this service is not currently available if an item has to cross water, i.e. the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland etc.

Some heavy items levy a courier charge which will be indicated during the purchase/checkout process. Whenever possible they will be dispatched for next working day delivery.

Items dispatched from mainland Europe will be on 3-4 working day delivery terms.
