Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all goods on the same day as purchased, but certainly within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to payment/credit clearance and stock availability.

Same day dispatch cannot be guaranteed on orders placed after 2pm, although we always try.

Payment by cheque will delay this process as we will only dispatch goods once your cheque has cleared.

Your parcel will be delivered via First Class Recorded [signed-for] Royal Mail at normal Royal Mail delivery times, however, heavier orders may be dispatched using a courier service.

When your goods are shipped, please carefully check the shipping confirmation e-mail we send you as this will show the shipping route by which your items have been sent, plus it will contain a tracking code for you to use in the event of any unexpected delay. These codes should be used at www.royalmail.com or www.city-link.co.uk as appropriate.

Next Working Day Delivery

Next Day delivery applies to orders placed and cleared from Monday to Thursday before 2pm - you can select this option in the checkout.

If you make your order after 1.30pm it may be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. However, wherever possible we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Next day courier delivery costs a flat rate of £7.95, but unfortunately due to prohibitive costs, this service is not currently available if an item has to cross water, i.e. the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland etc.

Some heavy items levy a courier charge which will be indicated during the purchase/checkout process. Whenever possible they will be dispatched for next working day delivery.

Items dispatched from mainland Europe will be on 3-4 working day delivery terms.

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom unless by prior arrangement with customers.
